The Position
Reserve Security Guard - All Shifts - On Call As Needed (Monday-Sunday)
Department of Defense (DoD) Security Clearance is required, along with the ability to maintain the security clearance.
L3 Technologies is seeking Reserve Security Guards who possess an active security clearance from the Department of Defense. Who are available to work all shifts (7:
00 am - 3:
00 pm, 3:
00 pm - 11:
00 pm, 3 pm 7 pm, and 11 pm 7 am) at our Camden, New Jersey Waterfront location. Under general direction, Security Guards will ensure a safe and secure working environment for L3 employees, guests and facility by maintaining visibility throughout the grounds. Patrol parking lot via foot, bike or vehicle. Building patrols are required on a timely basis, along with monitoring building entries and exits. May be required to perform building entry control as well as administrative duties. Operate access control and alarm system. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Position Requirements
Must be a US Citizen
Must possess an active DoD Security Clearance, and have the ability to maintain a Security Clearance as well
Must have a valid driver's license with a high school diploma or equivalent.
Prior Security Guard experience PREFERRED
Must have good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to interact in a positive and diplomatic manner
Must possess basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, i.e., Word, Outlook, etc.
Ability to work independently.
Must be available to work all shifts, and remain flexible and available to work other shifts as needed
Must properly wear company provided uniform
This is a reserve/part-time position. Reserve Guards may be on call and operate on an as needed basis. Hourly rate is $13.76. No Health or Welfare benefits.
