HR Business Partner

Cooper Health Care's Human Resources department is looking for a HR Business Partner that collaborates and partners with their assigned client groups/business units to drive innovative people strategies in support of Cooper's strategic imperatives. This person will be dedicated and accountable for building valued relationships, driving HR initiatives, implementing best practices, and ensuring client deliverables are met.
Special Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required/preferred with 5 years of progressive HR generalist experience. PHR/SPHR strongly preferred, or willing to obtain. Bilingual English/Spanish a PLUS.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
