A senior-level position with the Benefits structure.
Ensure that all CUH benefits programs are administered in a manner that: (1) complies with all regulatory requirements, (2) is accurate, timely, and well organized, (3) ensures best employee benefits communication and comprehension, and (4) exceeds employees' expectations with the quality and level of customer service provided.
Drafts the Benefits strategies and priorities for review and approval, and manages the Benefits staff on a day-to-day basis. Establish goals, expectations, and monitor performance to ensure superior customer
service. Staff, coach, train, direct, coordinate and monitor the work of the Benefits Representatives,
co-supervision of benefit vendor relationships, annual enrollment Process administration and point of contact for benefit escalation.
Special Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR Administration. 5
years of Benefits experience.
Knowledge of COBRA, ERISA, HIPPA, FMLA, NJFLA, ADA, TDB, LTD, and USERRA.
Knowledge of project management and process improvement.
Effective organizational, analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills including verbal and written.
Thorough knowledge of MS-Word, Excel, Power Point and knowledge of Lawson preferred.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
