AVP of Organizational Development

Responsible for ensuring the the strategic direction and implementation of organizational development initiatives for Cooper University Health Care.
Assumes responsibility for the alignment of organizational communication.
Develops and implements talent management systems and structures including the assessment and development of leadership talent, identification of talent strengths and development opportunities, succession planning and identification and development of high potentials & future leadership.
Creates and drives the organizational engagement strategy, partnering with key stakeholders to customize approaches as needed.
Assumes responsibility for Cooper's Operating Calendar.
Leads the Cooper Academy for Learning and Innovation steering committee assuring organizational alignment.
Assures that rewards and recognition programs are designed and aligned with organizational priorities.
Designs and establishes benchmarks that measure the impact and effectiveness of organizational development programs on the organization's overall performance.
Connects leader and staff development to workforce planning analytics and key stakeholders to develop the talent pipelines of the future.
Partners with senior leaders in the building of a high performance leadership culture.



Special Requirements:
Bachelor Degree required. MBA, MS OR MA from top tiered accredited school preferred.
Knowledge and training in Change Management.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
