SAP Implementation Manager (75133R)

SSENTIAL DUTIES:
Act as the liaison between the client project team and SAP integrator for the HR and Payroll functions for the realization through go-live phases of the implementation.
Actively participate in all meetings and help facilitate resolution to key issues and decisions.
Actively participate in all testing phases including supporting test script development and test coordination.
Assimilate both SAP core and client functional knowledge of the product.
Coordinate activities with other work streams.
Assume responsibility for execution and management of the existing change management plan.
Work to and maintain the change management project plan tasks.
Create materials for and facilitate execution of change management events with client and integrator staff.
Push the project agenda with tact and grace, yet be resolute.
Ability to plan and execute all communications related to the project phases including:
Collect feedback
Monthly newsletter and regular communications
Survey to measure effectiveness
Weekly status
Board and Senior staff briefings
Work jointly with client and third party integrator
Perform engagement management responsibilities, including performance reviews, task delegation, project scheduling, project financials, quality review and client management.
Meet or exceed sales targets for new and follow-on work.
Manage business development activities, such as proposals, capture, account teams, whitepapers, conferences, and/or other thought leadership materials.
Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization).
Act as performance manager (coach) for up to four coachees outside of engagement responsibilities.
Interview campus and/or experienced candidates.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field.
Minimum of 6-8 years of change management experience.
Knowledge of and experience with implementing a modern ERP software package.
Strong team leadership skills including the ability to guide and motivate team members and plan work
PMP preferred
Expertise in change management concepts to include organizational assessment, stakeholder management, leadership and management support.
Experience with system implementations.
Expertise with assessment techniques and tools such as surveys, focus groups and interviews.
Excellent core consulting skills in interviewing, writing and communicating orally.
Experience in or exposure to developing training strategies and plans.
Creativity exhibited in developing and executing communications materials.
Ability to execute tasks independently with minimal guidance from senior management.
Ability to interact with client personnel at employee, management and leadership levels.
Ability to obtain and maintain certain job-related certifications if no job-related advanced degrees.
U.S. citizenship may be required. Ability to work in the United States indefinitely required.
Travel may be required.
Ability to work overtime required on occasion.
Coach and mentor junior staff members.
Ability to sit in an office environment for long periods of time.
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
Ability to obtain and maintain firm independence and abide by firm ethics requirements.
Meet or exceed continuing professional education (CPE) requirements. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
