Corporate Recruiter

Our client is currently seeking a Corporate Recruiter.
The corporate contract recruiter position manages full recruiting lifecycle processes and is responsible for the identification, assessment and acquisition of key talent.
They will be accountable for leading and guiding the sourcing and recruitment efforts for a range of positions from entry level to director level roles across multiple functions including but not limited to Supply Chain, R&D, Sales, Marketing, Finance and IT functions.
Roles & Responsibilities 1.
Partner closely with hiring managers to define sourcing strategies, gather and understand position requirements and effectively identify talent that is aligned to the scope of and responsibilities of open positions.

Serve as the primary source of recruitment advice, consultation and education on best practices to fill open positions.

Identify qualified candidates and manage the process from position opening through offer acceptance and onboarding.
4.
Develop and execute progressive integrated recruitment solutions using multiple avenues including direct sourcing, social networking, industry networking, employee referrals, internet sourcing, targeting advertising and college/university outreach.
5.
Manage the internal and external job positing process, capture applicant flow accurately and consistently leveraging the applicant tracking system.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Fluent in using web-based recruiting tools, including social media, job boards and applicant tracking systems Ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers and human resource partners to understand the needs and execute the work Strong process management skills, detail orientation and time management skills.
Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities in a high volume, fast paced environment Education & Experience Bachelor's Degree required Minimum of 1 to 2 years of full life cycle recruiting experience in agency or corporate settings, blended experience is preferred Experience working in a centralized, high volume, on-line recruiting function is preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
