Salary Range: $95 to $100K
MULTIPLE LOCATIONS & OPENINGS: Family Practice and Floater
To Support Senior Services initiatives under the direction of Director of Senior Services. Most work will be at Rehabilitation Centers, Assisted Living Facilities, and Nursing Homes.

Family Practice NP - float
Hospitalist NP - must have inpatient
Responsibilities:
Take medical histories
Examine and treat patients
Order and interpret laboratory tests and x-rays and make diagnoses
Assist and/or carry out minor diagnostic tests and/or procedures
Triage and prioritize referrals
Record progress notes; review and correct dictations
Instruct and counsel patients and order and carry out therapy
May provide preoperative and postoperative care
Any other duties as requested by the Physician (within state regulations)
Requirements:
BA Degree and/OR Masters Degree, and National Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner
2 Years of experience in the field or related field
New Jersey License
