A health services organization in New Jersey is currently seeking an experienced, licensedGastroenterologist to join their staff as their newPediatric Gastroenterology Division Head.
Responsibilities:
ThePediatric Gastroenterology Division Head will:
Diagnose and treat a wide range of gastrointestinal conditions in children Perform endoscopic procedures and other diagnostic and therapeutic interventions Oversee the day-to-day operations of the division, including staffing, resource allocation, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care Develop and manage the division's budget, including financial planning and resource allocation Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes Supervise and mentor pediatric gastroenterology fellows, residents, and medical students Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field and encourage professional development among division members Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
