Contract Executive Assistant

Our client, a leading food production company, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their Camden, NJ office!About You:
Associate degree is required for this position.
7
years of supporting executive and senior leaders.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software, software to include Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, Word High attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to coordinate complicated tasks, like event planning.
Outstanding communications skills, both written and oral.
Excellent time management and skilled in independently prioritizing tasks Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrating curiosity and a proactive desire to understand and learn about the business will help you become a valuable asset in your role.
Being knowledgeable about the organization's industry, goals, and strategies will enable you to contribute more effectively.
The Job:
Directly supports 3 Information Technology VP's, with administrative activities including calendar management, travel arrangement and itinerary coordination, meeting document preparation, expense report creation, etc.
Creates Purchase Orders (POs) using Ariba or SAP and receives against them, including budget tracking.
Onboards contingent workers and terminates access upon conclusion.
Maintains office assignments, equipment; arranges for equipment repair and maintenance; orders office supplies.
Assists in project work to include coordinating projects, gathering necessary data from leaders and team members, and creating report presentations.
Addresses conflicts or critical issues in a timely manner, communicating with all involved.
Facilitates smooth and effective communications among executives, their teams, and third-party vendors.
This is a contract role that pays up to $37/hour depending on experience, and operates on a hybrid schedule that requires 3 days each week onsite.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
