Job Description:
Pay Range $25hr - $45hrMajor functions:
Financial reconciliations of old contract prior to Costpoint.
Accounts receivable data cleansing on old balances; check bad debt reserves.
Review customer balances.
Billing of old contracts.
Inventory program cleansing - CSE PAG issues to cleanse/correct and Maritime program balance cleansing/re-mapping of inventory classifications in CP.
Internal Funds request data cleansing of balances/reserves by program - CSE.
Backlog/Unbilled old programs to cleanse on Excluded projects.
Data cleansing of Balance Sheet accrual items, other assets (if necessary).
Cost point revenue formula cleansing on old programs that require inventory moves (huge volume).
Weekly monitor of data cleansing items to ensure M1 deadlines are met.
This could be followed up with the person responsible for data cleansing or the actual processor of the cleanse.
Mock 2-3 validation of cost data / structure - Cost Point to SAP.
Assist in training of program finance groups on new SAP processes and transactions.
Functional skills:
Experience in Accounting.
Cost point Govt.
billing.
Reading Govt.
contracts.
3-5 years Defense Experience.
Education and
Experience:
BS in Accounting or Finance.
Recommended Skills Accounts Receivable Billing Contract Management Finance Maritime Sap Applications Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
