SUMMARY Responsible for the administration of the Subaru of America (SOA) Employee Vehicle Lease Program (EVLP).
Facilitates the leasing of new vehicles to employees at SOA Headquarters (HQ) and oversees regional EVLP lease activity.
Responsible for the administration of the SOA Fleet Sales Department vehicle fleet.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Administers SOA EVLP requests and ensures adherence to all EVLP policies and procedures.
Executes proper title documentation for signature and notarization in accordance with individual states' Department of Motor Vehicles (DMW) regulations for HQ leases.
Creates HQ lease contracts and submits payment schedules to SOA Payroll Department.
Audits HQ and regional EVLP leases monthly to reconcile with Accounting/Payroll reports.
Oversees Regional EVLP activity to include order review and approval, contract creation, payroll updates, proper titling and timely vehicle turnover.
Creates, analyzes, presents and acts upon reports relating to vehicle leases and assigned responsibilities.
Administers the Fleet Sales Department's vehicle fleet from ordering, to tracking, to vehicle delivery, as well as provides license plates.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Maintains responsibility for records management and retention (including scanning).
Maintains auction reassignment books.
Maintains responsibility for operation of New Jersey Department of Motor Vehicles (NJ DMV) Computerized Vehicle Registration System.
Assists with vehicle deliveries as needed.
Performs other duties or special projects as assigned to support all departmental goals.
REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES Ability to meet and maintain requirements of state certification to use the NJ DMV Computerized Vehicle Registration System, which includes fingerprinting and background check clearance.
Experience with process planning and improvement as well as effective tracking and reporting.
Demonstrable well-developed analytical skills to create management reports.
Self-starter, with ability to work independently.
Strong organization, time management and follow-up skills.
Excellent customer relations and communication skills, both written and oral, including negotiation skills.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new or proprietary systems.
Ability to be flexible with work schedule in order to provide support for priority projects or resolving customer service issues.
Oracle Order Management (OM), Subaru Allocation Management (SAM) and SubaruNet systems experience.
Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a driving record that satisfies the requirement of SOA Driving Record Evaluation Criteria Policy.
Must be approved as an Authorized Driver' by Risk Management to operate vehicles prior to vehicle operation.
WORK ENVIRONMENT Hybrid Role:
Remote work 2 days per week (After 90 Days Onboarding) Lift up to 25 lbs (including battery charger).
Drive company vehicles from one location to another.
Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles a plus.
Fuel Vehicles from gas container.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree 4-6 years' experience COMPENSATION The recruiting base salary range for this full-time position is $54200 - $77300 / year.
Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
