Serve as the front-line contact person for all incoming patients.
Greet, register, schedule and provide general information to patients and/or their families.
Ensures that insurance information is verified, co-pays are collected, and that patient charts are prepared in advance.
At all times ensures a high level of customer service by providing patient confidentiality and care in accordance with the Patients Bill of Rights.
Computer literate.
Excellent communication and customer service skill.
Some knowledge of medical insurances.
Knowledge of IDX helpful.
Experience in a medical environment strongly preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
