Advanced Auditing The School of Business at Rutgers University-Camden's, Department of Accounting seeks applications for a Lecturer to teach Advanced Auditing for our online MAcc graduate degree program in Fall 2023 and possibly going forward (the course will run only with adequate enrollments).
The Advanced Auditing course focuses on the review of key auditing theories, the updating and application of auditing standards, and the introduction of audit analytics tools.
The successful candidate is expected to prepare and submit a course syllabus, provide timely student feedback, provide office hours to meet with students and adhere to grade submission policies and deadlines.
The course is to be taught 100% online in an asynchronous format (using Canvas).
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Demonstrated excellence in teaching particularly within an online environment (experience using the LMS Canvas is a plus).

Minimum Education and ExperienceA CPA or other professional license and/or advanced degree in the area of accounting and significant related field/ practical experience in the area of auditing (as a sole practitioner, and/or as part of a CPA firm, etc.
); plus demonstrated experience in teaching.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
