That's what we call our Subaru Love PromiseSUMMARYConnected Business is responsible for the development and operation of Subaru's connected service (infotainment and telematics) programs including overall planning and strategy, operational implementation of strategy, governance guidelines and standards, and alignment among impacted teams within organization objectives for all generations of telematics and infotainment.
Assists with the day-to-day support and testing of the Connected Vehicle Evaluation Program for head unit, Data Communication Module (DCM), and Firmware Over-the-Air (FOTA) software updates.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Performs software evaluations following standardized test scripts for head unit, DCM, and Solterra Connect software releases.
Observes and documents the test case outcome and assists with video creation and file management, including coordinating information, documents, and other digital assets as well as ServiceNow (helpdesk) tickets.
Assists in MySubaru UAT sessions by scheduling UAT sessions and documenting test case outcomes and next steps.
Ensures that all relevant stakeholders are invited to and can attend each session as well as arranges meeting space and materials (including vehicles).
Assists the Connected Business Evaluation Operations Analyst with sourcing vehicles for test fleet evaluations, documenting issues, updating vehicle software, and pulling log files.
Supports the Connected Business Evaluation Planning Manager with setting up Over-The-Air (OTA) update campaigns with Service and SOA IT.
Provides insight and analytical support for current and future development of the Connected Business program.
Provides insight based on vehicle testing, user acceptance reviews, production concerns, and competitor benchmarking.
Assists Connected Business Evaluation Operations Analyst with preparing vehicles and SOA facilities for testing and workshop events, including ensuring that vehicle is clean, ready, and in right location and that the space can accommodate all attendees.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Works on-site in the Connected Business Garage to perform in-vehicle or bench testing as needed for head unit or telematics.
Works with the CB Global Alliance Manager and CB Analyst to evaluate the monthly Solterra Connect app.
REQUIRED SKILS AND ABILITIES Ability to manage multiple priorities at one time with ability to multi-task and stay organized.
Strong documentation and written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a driving record that is acceptable or probationary under the SOA Driving Record Evaluation Criteria Policy.
Must be approved as an authorized driver by Risk Management to operate company vehicles.
EDUCATION/
Experience:
BA/BS with up to 2 years of relevant experienceWORK ENVIRONMENT:

The recruiting base salary range for this full-time position is $54200 - $60000 / year.
Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
