Summary:
The Great Abilities Program is a comprehensive Behavioral Health Program providing in home or in community counseling as well as psychiatric evaluation and medication management for children and young adults ages 5-21 and their families who reside in Atlantic, Camden, Cumberland, Gloucester and Salem Counties.
The program will provide an array of services for a minimum of six months to achieve successful outcomes.
Must be clinically licensed with either LSW or LAC.

Duties and
Responsibilities:
Provide short term counseling to youth and families between the ages of 5-21 in home or in community.
Monitor case progress towards goal achievement.
Practice sound clinical and case management judgement.
Complete case paperwork as per agency's expectations.
Complete all necessary paperwork in electronic health record (EHR) in a thorough, timely and professional manner.
Maintain ethical and legal compliance.
Must participate in supervision based on professional and agency requirements.
Must document time and attendance in payroll system accurately and within timeframes specified.
Requirements:
Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling Psychology and is a licensed LSW or LAC.
Experience working with a variety of mental health issues, be knowledgeable in assessment, evidence based treatment, trauma informed care, treatment planning, diagnosis, and discharge planning.
Ability to problem solve and work independently.
Excellent computer and organization skills a must.
Successfully complete criminal background checks and drug screen.
Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, valid insurance, registration and automobile.
