What You'll Do Monitor cash activity in the Money Room, notifying leadership of any discrepancies as soon as discovered Prepare cash for bank deposits Perform daily ticket audits and attendance accounts Reconcile daily sales and maintain cashier records Maintain and update accounts payable records Review credit card files and prepare reconciliation and chargeback responses Assist in audit functions such as monthly/daily reporting, register audits, exception reporting, and Certificate of Insurance audits Provide clerical support, including data entry, maintaining/updating databases and spreadsheets, record-keeping, photocopying, filing, and faxing Other duties as assigned Who You Are You are someone who strives for excellence in all you do.

High school diploma or equivalent 1-year cash handling experience or equivalent coursework in the areas of accounting, finance, or general business Money-handling experience Strong mathematics.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
