Summary Supports the company's Enterprise Legal Management (ELM) application. Implements changes to the existing application, assists internal and external users with technical difficulties, and provides advanced support including configurations and improvements for the ELM. Will work closely with the Legal Operations team, IT, and software vendors for the most current software releases and remain in compliance with data security policies. This is a multi-faceted role working as a business analyst, system tester and production support analyst which will often include working on multiple priorities simultaneously. Primary Responsibilities Must be able to perform all of these:
Maintains responsibility for user security provisioning including maintaining user profiles, managing user authorizations, managing user roles, and establishing and granting security group access. Creates and configures user groups and assesses privileges of users to meet security requirements. Provides production support for matter management, collaboration portal, legal service request, e-billing and other ancillary legal applications, including legal holds. This includes performing root cause analysis, identifying fixes including configuration changes, and, if needed, escalating to and executing solutions with software vendor. Troubleshoots problems to ensure electronic invoices are flowing through the system to Accounts Payable properly. If necessary, makes modifications to the applications and analyzes design impacts. Creates and executes test plans to validate system application changes (e.g. adding/changing fields to an application, adding/changing actions, business rules, buttons, conditions, data views, and filters within an application). Oversees user acceptance testing (UAT) with the business team. Follows procedures and methodologies including those for project/task management, system documentation and change management. Proposes suggestions to IT Manager and business stakeholder for agreement and implementation. Manages all aspects of systems in scope including widgets, navigation items, and dashboards. Designs, tests, implements and administers legal spend reports and dashboards. Required Skills and Abilities BA/BS in Computer Science or Information Systems. At least three (3) years of application support experience in supporting ELM systems (such Passport Pro, Legal Tracker, Team Connect etc.). Strong subject matter knowledge pertaining to both IT capabilities and Legal business processes and experience in one or more of the following business areas or Legal systems:
matter management, records information management, eDiscovery, or contracts management. Experience in a software development position including all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements definition, technical designs, coding, testing and implementation. Experience with reporting tools (IBM Cognos preferred) and the Microsoft Office suite. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills. Excellent team collaboration with peers, customers, and vendors. In-depth knowledge of systems testing procedures and practices. Strong attention to detail. Willing to advocate and adopt new ways of working. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision Educational Requirements 4 Year College Degree (BS, BS) Experience Requirements 2-4 Years Work Environment Office(Hybrid)- ability to work remote(WFH) 2 days per week after successful completing of probationary period.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Systems Architecture & EngineeringEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
