Summary:
The IT manager acts as the primary partner to the Subaru business community by understanding business processes, resolving challenges and identifying technological opportunities surrounding customer experience and engagement. The position requires a combination of tactical and strategic skills related to managing team and project activities as well as a vision for future opportunities. The Adobe Campaign Manager works directly with the Marketing Department, translating their needs and requests into viable technical solutions and deliverables. The AC Manager works across marketing groups to help build and deliver omni channel personalized experiences for critical marketing and communication campaigns. This position requires knowledge of both marketing and technical database system/campaign management software. Primary Responsibilities include:
Develops comprehensive understanding of business processes, and builds strong working rapport with the business Develops and implements recommendations to senior management team to increase operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction Budgeting and planning for future projects and resources Directly managing, developing, and mentoring IT staff, projects and other resources. Works on special initiatives and projects pertaining to Digital Marketing, Customer Experience and Advanced Analytics including program development, project management, process creation and execution, and program governance Partners with cross-functional teams and external partners to support the completion of marketing initiatives Assists in evaluating and proposing marketing solutions that maximize existing investments and drive business value across departments and partner channels. Analyze and clearly articulate possible solutions. Ensure smooth change management and adoption via training and communications Partners with technical infrastructure teams, marketing and vendors to define, implement, adopt and optimize marketing infrastructure Responsible for encompassing a customer experience mentality and encouraging other employees to be/act as CX ambassadors Skill Requirements Knowledge of technical database system/campaign management software Skilled in organizing resources and establishing priorities Able to excel at building and maintaining working relationships with the business Ability to develop and manage project plans, budgets and projections and to present data clearly, concisely, and accurately Able to interact positively and effectively with staff at all levels within the organization and vendors Manage multiple concurrent projects ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and on-time delivery Experience in Project Life Cycle methodology Strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate actionable analytical findings to a non-technical audience in clear and concise language Develop and maintain skills to the highest standards consistent with best practices and emerging trends in digital marketing, CRM, customer experience, and marketing technology Proven ability to frame a business issue, design the right solution, and deliver results Demonstrates knowledge of Marketing Automation Platforms (ex. Adobe Experience Cloud) Must possess demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to lead projects from inception through to deployment Demonstrates a strong ability to understand, analyze and solve business problems. Organized, detail oriented, a strong communicator and a phenomenal teammate Self-starter with energy, drive, and determination to accomplish goals Demonstrates the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced dynamic environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) Education/
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business or a related field. 6 to 8 years of related management experience. Project management certification is a plus. Must have a robust understanding of marketing automation platforms and programs and knowledge of CRM Systems. Experience with Adobe Campaign and Adobe Experience Cloud desired. Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Communications & PR, Brand Marketing & ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
